    Contribution of the Microfinance on Economic Development

    This paper examines the contribution of the microfinance on the economic development in west Punjab. Emphasis is made on the primary data which is used to show the relationship of the dependent variable and independent variables. By use of the SPSS software the descriptive analysis, reliability test and correlation analysis for checking the relationship among the variables.  It was revealed form the finding that independent variables have significance impact on dependent variable. Research objective achieve by filling the 31 different types of the questionnaires. The sample size of this research contains 100 and population of this research from the different areas of west Punjab.     Impression Management (IM) is well demarcated procedure through which individuals try to power the descriptions and opinions, which people perceive about them. Individuals ought to be thoughtful and vigilant in using IM schemes as it also involves the danger possibility that this would be observed destructively, on behalf of each anticipated appearance there is parallel unwanted appearance at stake. Impression management is an individualistic approach. Everyone has opportunity to be a trademark, if Impression management applied correctly can transform any individual into success in any field. The behavior of Impression management must not merely be understood as un-functional inside corporate world settings, this could too attain organizational objectives.The study was carried out through survey instrument, which was developed around five IM tactics. An analysis of about 189 professionals serving in different public and private universities locating in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Contents have significant impact on making a creative ads and it makes a positive effect on the relationship of these contents and creativity. All advertising professionals and ad agencies should pick the concept and to make the eye catching and heart touching creative ads so that the products and services should be communicated in the most productive and effective ways. Before applying this concept a creative brainstorming session should be adopted to discuss the relevant contents after analyzing the profile of the segment and psychology of the customers the campaigns should be designed to make an impact on larger scale. This will also be helpful for managers who are looking for advertising campaigns enrich of these elements for better analysis of the ads.     Cross-Field Channel Estimation for Ultra Massive-MIMO THz Systems

    The large bandwidth combined with ultra-massive multiple-input multiple-output (UM-MIMO) arrays enables terahertz (THz) systems to achieve terabits-per-second throughput. The THz systems are expected to operate in the near, intermediate, as well as the far-field. As such, channel estimation strategies suitable for the near, intermediate, or far-field have been introduced in the literature. In this work, we propose a cross-field, i.e., able to operate in near, intermediate, and far-field, compressive channel estimation strategy. For an array-of-subarrays (AoSA) architecture, the proposed method compares the received signals across the arrays to determine whether a near, intermediate, or far-field channel estimation approach will be appropriate. Subsequently, compressed estimation is performed in which the proximity of multiple subarrays (SAs) at the transmitter and receiver is exploited to reduce computational complexity and increase estimation accuracy.
